I am very fortunate. I've had the opportunity to work with many great people during my career.
As a result, I learned many valuable lessons along the way.
This entire website is dedicated to identifying your dreams, and goals and using lessons learned as "Best Practices" to achieve them.
This is a journal of ideas, experiments and the results achieved in the pursuit of Success.
Therefore, you'll find business, leadership development, performance management, personal and professional development all with one common goal…to find out what works, and what doesn't.
This is the only way to define the steps required to be successful.
Three Common Themes:
My passion for success has always been focused on three pillars. They are not related directly but they do intersect at times.
- Leadership – The role of leadership in organizations and how, if properly applied, can influence the outcome.
- Business Ownership – This would include all forms of businesses and entrepreneur endeavors. I am especially intrigued with Internet Marketing and the use of technology to expand profits.
- Personal Development – I have never been satisfied with my results, consequently, I spend a tremendous amount of time trying to figure out the most effective way to develop myself.
This site will captures different processes I have initiated, the results achieved and the tools I used to help simplify and automate the entire process.
