Please use this form to submit your details so I can begin installation.

Important:  Please read the following instructions. 

=> This form is for installation of a WordPress blog as your website.  If you have not already purchased the installation service, you can do so by completing this request. 

=> You’ll need to supply your hosting services details.  If you do not currently have one, I recommend either Blue Host or 3rd Sphere.  Blue Host allows you to host up to 5 individual domains, which is great if your setting up multiple niche blogs.  I use 3rd Sphere for selling my own products.

=> Supply a Theme to Use
