Nothing is more satisfying than building a website that is considered an Authority Site.

No matter what your area of expertise is, if you provide high quality content, others will respect the effort, the information and reward you by visiting often.

When you add different types of monetizing efforts with an authority site, you can create a nice income stream. Making a living utilizing your creativity is always rewarding. Especially if the alternative is working for somebody else.

Build a Professional Website

I've tinkered with several niche websites in the past. A couple of examples are below:

But recently I stumbled on a results driven solution for website design and publishing. My friends have noticed.

Whenever, I experiment with something new I let my friends and family check it out first and provide feedback. Well, the feedback that I have received thus far is overwhelming in support of my new system.

I love it because it is easy to add content and when I do it pings the search engines. But more important are the traffic results. This site, www.gregmeares.com has not been up that long. I am already getting a lot of traffic and I have over 121 blogs/websites that link to it.

Web Design and Web Hosting

Can you say too much work and not enough time?

Right now I am getting hammered with this high class problem. And trust me it is "High Class." The alternative is having too much time on my hands.

My day-time focus is working on my call center responsibilities, but when I have the time I build websites. The overall number of projects I have are somewhat overwhelming.

I found some really awesome tools that help and do a great job when building a quality website.

Have you heard of web 2.0? Well the power of using tools that fall into the web 2.0 category really help with traffic generation.

That's why I've moved to only building sites with Wordpress. I my tool of choice is the SemioLogic Pro Package. The level of ease combined with the professional look is awesome.

I have so many websites up in several niche markets that I have a lot of experience with Hosting companies and my favorite is Blue Host. Their price is right but the tools available and the ease of use make them the top choice.
