Ryan Diess refers to it as a Self Liquidating Offer, others in the MLM game refer to it as a funded proposal, no matter what you call it one thing is clear…

It is extremely effective.

The basic premis of a funded proposal is simply to generate leads, offset your costs by generating income, and to move cold prospects to warm prospects.

Basically it’s better to lead with a funded proposal than your MLM opportunity.

What is a Funded Proposal?

The funded proposal follows the simple law of of all informational products. It must solve a problem that members of the niche are facing.

For instance, all online marketers want and need more traffic, so creating a product based on a solution to this problem would be a great funded proposal. Or even better, all Network Marketers need and want creative ways to generate

If You Want Traffic From Facebook!

leads. Developing a solution like List Building and Attraction Marketing Blueprint, could make for a great funded proposal (although this is offered free.)

The goal would be to lead with this as a funded proposal to help offset your advertising costs. In addition, purchasers of this product qualified themselves to be offered the next back-end product, which in many instances would be the MLM opportunity.

The quality of the funded proposal will determine the credibility that you earn with the buyer. If it’s good and it helps them, you will raise your authority status and make it that much easier to up-sell your MLM opportunity.

Aspects of the Funded Proposal

Pricing of your funded proposal varies on the format it is being offered in, for example an ebook generally sales for between $27 to $47, videos and software can normally sell for $67 to $97.

In addition, if the information is innovative and original, you’ll be able to command a higher price.

Although an original is best, re-branding a PLR product is a great option as well. For those that don’t know PLR stands for Private Label Rights, whcih basically means you have the rights to sell it as a product to others.

This is a great way to get started while you work on your own original product.

The Most Effective Use of a Funded Proposal

Funded proposals work best while set-up within an Attraction Marketing Sales Funnel. If your interested in seeing an example take a look at My Leadership Success.

The goal is to become an authority and to get your reader to know, like and trust you.

If you are a bit confused with attraction marketing, then visit my page called Attraction Marketing for more details.

Many of the more astute network marketers drive PPC traffic to their attraction marketing funnel and use the Funded Proposal to off set their cost while list building.

This is a great way to build your lead list and make sales.

Next Steps….

If you have embraced the Attraction Marketing model then having a funded proposal just makes sense and will provide you an immediate income. This will sustain your MLM business while it is growing.

I highly recommend you download the free blueprint at List Building and Attraction Marketing.

This will help you jump start your mlm business and this is actually a MLM Secret for all of you to use.

To your success,

Have you heard of SMART goals?

Many successful call center leaders are using them to improve performance and increase job satisfaction for those on the SMART goal system.

Simply, SMART goals stands for:

Specific

Measurable

Attainable

Relevant

Time-Bound

Use this system, in this order and you’ll be happy with the results.

I liked how useful the system could be so much, that I created an Online Smart Goals form so I could quickly and efficiently use them to help me become successful in my center. In fact, I the online forms online on Call Center Best Practices.

Here’s a screen-shot of the page…that takes you into the online smart goals form.

This is an easy to use, yet very powerful Online Smart Goals system.

The single biggest challenge in any call center is having the ability to meet or exceed your call center metrics. Creating consistency is the most difficult challenge for all call center leaders. The solution is simple. Simply provide effective call center leadership training for your front-line leaders.

Why is this so important? Front-line leaders determine the success of the center. They touch the most important asset of your center, your call center agents. Call center supervisors (and team leaders) influence productivity, quality and to some extent, customer satisfaction. If these leaders aren't strong then your results will not be strong.

Your front-line leaders are faced with many call center performance challenges on a daily basis. How they react determines the outcome (or the result.) So the important question that needs to be asked and honestly answered is how effectively are you preparing your leadership team to address performance issues?

Let's face it, many of the new call center team leaders (supervisors) are promoted from the call center agent ranks. Creating this career path is great if you provide ongoing call center leadership training. Skills need to be developed and proper business processes need to be followed.

Unfortunately, many Call Center's do not have a formalized call center leadership training program put into place to support these new leaders. Call center metrics are positively driven by these front-lined leaders, therefore it only makes sense to properly prepare them to be an effective call center leader.

Through extensive call center best practices research, I believe that there are 15 critical areas that need to be addressed. By providing these to your call center supervisors, as well as, other members of the support teams, you'll find that your overall team delivers better results.

Skills like what it means to be a call center supervisor, coaching, team building and communication just seem obvious. However, topics like understanding individual behavior, positive leadership and listening skills play a vital role in motivating your call center agents.

Call center leadership can be a thankless job that is why it's important to have call center training modules like time management and stress management also included. The benefit with call center leadership training designed as modules is really two-fold. First, you can conduct official "On-Boarding" training, which includes all of the modules. Or secondly, you can offer training on an "as needed basis" and only run an employee or a few through one module at a time.

Creating consistent call center performance can be a challenge, however, there is a solution using Call Center Leadership Training to enhance your Call Center Metrics. Grab your free download to see how easy it is.
