First and foremost, let me explain my title of this article…

As you can see, and depending on when you are reading this article, this site is undergoing a complete make-over.  I'm bored with the old format.

More importantly I am bored with the quality of content that I have posted in the past.

I've held back and not really given you my opinion on things.  I didn't want my politics, my background and beliefs to influence my writing.  In doing so, I believe this has made for a boring site. 

For now on I'm not going to hold back.  I'm going to tell you how I see things.  Hopefully this will generate some intelligent debate.  Some of the topics may be controversial so all I ask is that there is no name calling and personal attacks directed at me or any of the other commentators on the site.

Topics to discuss are abundant considering all the craziness going on in our Country and our Communities.  It's never a dull day that's for sure.

I just recently updated my "About Me" page and tried to get a bit more real there as well.  My goal is to get conversations going.  I have my opinions, and I am somewhat stuck in my ways, but I want to hear from people that not only agree with me but also those that oppose what I think so I can learn from their line of thinking. 

I want to use this site to not only share with you what I am doing in the Call Center Industry, the Internet Marketing Industry but also what I am up to personally.  I urge you to comment, bookmark and let me know what you think.

Hopefully, we can do this together?
