Posting on a regular basis is one of the most essential things that a blogger must be committed to do.
Even professional bloggers need time off from blogging. So what happens when bloggers go on vacation? Who will take care of their blogs?
There are a few choices for the blogger. The smart & well-prepared bloggers will schedule their blog posts in advance. With wordpress, it is so easy to do that.
All you have to do is look at the right sidebar, look at the tab named ?post timestamp?, click on ?edit timestamp? & key in the date & time, you want the blog post to be published. Then the blog post will be published based on the date & time which you scheduled, simple?
One thing about scheduling blog posts in advance, do your best to write topics which are not too time-sensitive, if not, your blog posts might go out at the wrong time, making you look bad.
On the other hand, if you forgot to plan ahead with your postings, it is not a problem at all. You can go get some help from a fellow blogger.
Just invite someone else to post on your behalf as a guest blogger. To return him a favor, at least give him some links back to his blog.
If you really cannot find a guest blogger, there is one last resort. It is not the best of ideas but at least it still works.
